Description:

Our client in Satellite Beach, Florida is seeking an Operations Manager with strong Electronic Manufacturing experience.

In order to be considered, you must have the following requirements:

- Bachelors degree or eqquivalent in Engineering or Operations
- 7 to 10 years of Electronic manufacturing experience (start up/ small company experience a plus)
- Design for Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Lean
- Highly energetic, strong performance management skills, walks the floor, strong team player, strong change management skills, and strong ability to execute h igh mechanical aptitudes coupled with strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and manage projects and processes
- ISO\ Lean manufacturing \ Six sigma
- background in custom\ make to order electronic or lighting manufacturing, highly energetic, strong team player, strong change management skills,

Responsible for overall Operations which include Safety, Quality, Production Planning, Purchasing, Procurement, and Shipping/Receiving.

A very hands-on Engineering position with significant level of authority and accountability.

Will have P&L responsibility.

Will be responsible for key performance indicators/metrics.

Will have strong interaction and working relationship with Contract Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Global Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing.

Will have responsibility of managing direct and indirect reports.

Must be comfortable in holding employees (direct and indirect reports) accountable and ensuring disciplined approaches are followed
